KOFFE work shop by Koji Yamanaka

Workshop for Japanese style paper drip coffee by KOFFE, a roastery from Toyama, Japan!

You often see “SINGLE SERVE” coffee at popular coffee shops nowadays but did you know that the style was influenced by Japanese style paper dripping?!
It takes longer time to make coffee but brings more aroma and Umami of the coffee bean. A lot of Japanese people still enjoy the time to make this precious one cup of coffee, as a way of starting out the day. (Actually, my grandfather enjoyed his coffee this way even in his 90’s!)

The owner of roasting coffee company KOFFE, Koji Yamanaka will fly from his home town, Toyama prefecture in Japan. He will teach you how to make a good cup of coffee using this Single Serve technique.
